Evaluate My Transfer Credit Tool

The Evaluate My Transfer Credit Tool allows you to submit all of your transfer courses and exam credit at once and create an unofficial WSU transfer credit evaluation. This tool is designed for institutions within the United States. For assistance with international coursework contact international@wsu.edu. This tool is regularly updated, and information is subject to change.

Transfer Course Search Tool

The Transfer Course Search Tool is a database that shows how courses from other institutions will transfer to WSU. Updated equivalencies are always being added, and the information is subject to change.

Transfer Credit Report

The Transfer Credit Report (TCR) is used to display the evaluation of your transfer credit to WSU. The TCR is posted at the time of a completed admissions application and when updated transcripts are submitted after that point. Please visit the Submitting Transcripts webpage and contact Admissions for guidance on transcript processes.

Course Evaluation Request Form

The Course Evaluation Request Form can be used if you have a transfer course that is not listed in the search tool, find a transfer course in the search tool that does not have a direct equivalency, it has an expired date, or you would like it evaluated for another WSU course or requirement.

Transfer Center One-on-One Appointments

Navigating your successful transfer to WSU can be complex, but we are here to help! The Transfer Center offers virtual appointments for students with transfer credit interested in any WSU campus. Sign up below and we’d be happy to assist you directly.

Connecting Transfer Credit to Academic Requirements

The Transfer Center works closely with all WSU academic departments to ensure there is access to information to assist mapping transfer course equivalencies to degree requirements. Please visit academics.wsu.edu to access program information and contacts, and the WSU online catalog academic units section contains the most recent course and degree requirement information.
